These terms and conditions govern your use of vitalimaximusz.shop and any order you place with OÜ Vitalimaximusz, registered in Estonia (registry code 17481660). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to describe each denim style, fit and fabric accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
2. Orders
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Delivery
We ship across Europe. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@vitalimaximusz.shop with your order number. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Faulty or misdescribed items are refunded or replaced in full, including delivery costs.
5. Warranty
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item develops a fault, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with Estonian and EU consumer protection law.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumer disputes may also be raised through your local consumer protection authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
